Professional commission. A documentary portrait of a restaurant where I chose to shift the focus away from the finished plate to pay tribute, through my photography, to the hospitality industry. The project dives into the behind-the-scenes to capture the raw energy, invisible effort, and human dedication that takes place in the kitchen; the beauty of everything that remains unseen.
